Tara Shelton is a creative director, brand strategist and entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience building and scaling brands, businesses and communities.

She has founded five ventures, built an award-winning creative agency, Dream & Do, and helped bring over 250 start-ups to life.

Her recent work focuses on developing creativity, personal identity, agency, and entrepreneurship in the age of ai.

She is developing a new platform of keynotes, workshops and creative tools designed to help people navigate and design their own world and the one we share.

Alongside this, she is building Motherism, a creative changemaking movement advocating for mothers voices in feminist discourse, policy and culture.

Tara is currently refining a series of programs, experiences and ideas that translate her lived methodology into scalable offerings for founders, organisations and the next generation of dreamers and doers.
