Tara Shelton is a mother, creative director, brand strategist and entrepreneur known for building brands, businesses and movements that cut through.
With over 15 years of experience across Australia and the UK, she has founded multiple ventures, built and scaled an award-winning creative agency, and helped bring more than 250 start-ups to life.
She is the founder of Dream & Do, a creative agency specialising in branding start-ups, and Little Succers, an e-commerce and events business that grew from a pop-up into a nationally recognised brand, generating over half a million dollars in annual revenue.

Built Dream & Do into a go-to agency for early-stage founders, branding 250+ businesses
Founded and scaled Little Succers from concept to $600K+ revenue business, including retail, events and flagship store in Neutral Bay, Sydney.
Created Australia’s first “Build Your Own Terrarium Bar”, blending product, retail experience and brand
Delivered workshops, activations and experiences for brands including Canva, Adobe and major national retailers like Big W and Westfield.
Co-led a successful crowdfunding campaign for Parents Work Collective, raising $36K+ to self publish All Mothers Work by Virginia Tapscott
Worked across agency, start-up and brand in both Australia and London
Designed in-house for purpose-led NFP’s including Gidget Foundation Australia and served as Non- Exec Director for NFP, Parents Work Collective
